As an operator, advisor, and angel investor, Danny has helped hundreds of companies scale their sales organizations. He and his network of advisors, mentors, and investors bring industry-leading processes, tactics, and strategies to design and build sales organizations for high-growth companies.

Before starting Keep Scaling, Danny was a leader and operator at several high-growth companies. He was a top-five individual contributor at Groupon – over 1,000 reps at that time. He was promoted to sales management, running a 40+ person team that carried an annual P&L of $70M+. Danny went on to launch sales teams at various VC-backed companies (Sequoia, August, and Spark, amongst others) from scratch, bringing them from initial traction to scale and ultimately profitability. He’s closed deals upwards of $2M on his own, and he’s managed Sales Development Representatives, Operations and City Managers, Sales Operations, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Account Managers.


Danny also moonlights on the Distribution Team at 500 Startups.
